I have worked with Basudha on a number of projects to support the extraction of key staff information from the current Hospital Credentialing program in order to interface that data with our Learning Management System. I worked with Mrs. Dasgupta during my time as President, Medical Staff. During that time, Mrs. Dasgupta transitioned us to a holistic on-line onboarding process for our new physicians and re-credentialing current staff. She coordinated this herculean effort for our main hospital as well as five other hospitals that surprisingly joined our system. She kept the project on time. She was an invaluable liaison between the Medical Staff and the support staff in the MSO. She has a keen understanding of physician time and workflow needs and consistently prioritizes the requirements of these end-users, which was greatly appreciated by the Medical Staff.
